Now I'd like to try it with other fruit.

I really like this beer's label. Very professional. Seeing it makes me want to make up some new labels with my brother.

Happy Holidays to you too!Ted Danylukhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08416906043519452478noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4501361286897702641.post-82739759003944064522007-12-21T14:52:00.000-06:002007-12-21T14:52:00.000-06:00Thanks, I would suggest using frozen fruit. I used the Oregon Fruit Purees and thought it was ok, but needed a lot of time to get good.
I'd freeze the rasberries (or whatever fruit) then put them in the secondary. Apparently it helps break down the cell walls if you freeze them, then put them in the beer. The Bearded Brewerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09272265527986943248noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4501361286897702641.post-8040599499731206782007-12-21T14:27:00.000-06:002007-12-21T14:27:00.000-06:00Your recipe looks really interesting. I've brewed a raspberry wheat beer using raspberry extract, but I'd like to brew a fruit beer using real fruit.

Thanks for sharing!Brianhttp://www.homebrewblog.netnoreply@blogger.com
